Greetings,
Here are some pictures I was finally able to take last week (10Jun08
between 0500-0600 hrs). I personally was shocked at what they are
going to do with this place. Just a few buildings are left at this
time. According to the advertisements, Gateway Gardens will be much
bigger in the future and will also keep it's name. Lufthansa erected
a huge building where the Library, Shoppette and the School used
to be. The only buildings that are left right now are 602 and 612.
Part of bldg 602 is used by the Fire Dept and Polizei.
I will try to take some pictures from the Main Base next time.
