Does anyone remember these posters dating from the early 80s?! I used my artistry skills to redo it with an improved looking beret and a blank crest so that any command could be inserted. It came in handy too when we changed commands from MAC to USAFE. I did another one as well in 1998 with the Defensor Fortis flash after we became Security Forces.
A copy of special order number A-1100 sending Amn Zamora to
the Rhein.
I can't remember who this picture was taken by or how it was made available to us. But many got prints produced of it. It's a wonderful picture of a portion of the Berlin Airlift Memorial with a modern C-130 cargo transport paying respects and homage while on final approach in the background.

Above is a Stars & Stripes newspaper article the week following the clash between our expeditionary
riot
control forces and 4,000+ Gulf War protesters at the base main gate on 18 Jan 91.

The original copy of my Implied Consent Warning card for working Law Enforcement duties while at the Rhein, dated 26 Aug 88.
MSgt Michael Edwards, 435 SPS CATM/NCOIC strutting his stuff at work one day.
Driving on my off-duty time in a BMW 525i with a friend to Muenchen for a "bier run!" Note the speedometer pegged out at 240 kmh (roughly 155 mph) and the tachometer bordering the redline at 6,000rpm. That was the fastest I have ever been willing to drive. We made it to Muenchen in 2 hrs 45 min!
The labels from a bottle of wine that I had to finally drink a few years ago. They bottled this wine for the squadron (and possibly the base) for years.
