I had some great times at Rhein-Main with guys like Adam Keller, Joe Zelly, Pippy Pippinger, Lee Prine, Craig Queen and so many more whose names I can't remember. I look back now and wonder why I wanted to leave? The camaraderie we had blows everything out of the water when compared to every other base I've been stationed at.

After leaving Rhein-Main, I went to Malmstrom AFB from 93 to 95. At first with the 92nd SPS, then when Space Command took over we became the 341st SPS. While there I worked flightline, gate guard duty, LE patrol and the WSA. Half my time assigned to Malmstrom was spent TDY to places like Egypt and Honduras. In October 95, I got tired of the WSA and cross trained to be a Loadmaster on C-5s. I was at at Dover AFB from 96 to 00. While there I ran into old Rhein-Main Alumni such as Adam Keller, who I still talk to every so often. What I remember most fondly about Dover was the times I flew back through Rhein-Main. It was a sad sight after being at Rhein-Main during the Gulf War and seeing what the base was back then to what it had become, such as the Commissary becoming the BX and Commissary. After Dover I went to Moody AFB, GA from 00-04 and flew Combat Search and Rescue on the HC-130P. In Jan 05 I left Moody en route to McGuire AFB where I have been assigned to what is known as the 621 Contingency Response Wing. In Jan 09 I leave for Davis-Monthan AFB Tucson, AZ. I will go back to flying CSAR on C-130s to finish my AF career.
