This web site for the 435th SPS is great. It goes to show that we were all part of a special unit & family. I left Rhein Main in 1993 and spent the next 2 years at McClellan AFB, CA. In 1995 I left active duty and joined the reserves assigned to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. MSgt Greg Carlson showed up there before he retired. In 2002 I switched units to Eglin AFB, FL where CMSgt Ensor was assigned and also retired. This past year I had the opportunity to be part of something new with Security Forces. I am currently the SF squad leader for the first Air National Guard CRG unit (Contingency Response Group). So once again I switched units and am now with the Kentucky Air National Guard. I am married and have a son and two daughters. We love to travel in our spare time. Lately we have been going on cruises to Jamaica and Grand Cayman. In civilian life I have been a police officer for 11 years in Kentucky with the Jeffersontown Police department. I still have contact with a few others from Rhein-Main and have sent them our web site address. John Grant is living in Michigan. He still talks with Craig Queen. Most recently I saw James Boylan. He is still on active duty and cross trained to load master. Boylan is currently stationed at McGuire, but he just received orders last week to Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. I will be going through a lot of old pictures of my time at Rhein-Main and look forward to posting them and hearing from you folks.
